Tiffany, happy we could feature you and chat a bit. These photos from a shoot you did with Thuy Tran, shows what an incredible natural beauty you have! When did you get started modeling and what got you started?
I started modeling in 2005 when I was featured as Playboy’s Cybergirl of the week, then Cybergirl of the Month shortly after.

You are also a very accomplished make up artist and that’s something you’ve continued to work on while your modeling career has taken off. What is is about this creative challenge that keeps you engaged?
I love working behind the scenes of things. I’m very creative so it’s nice to express that when I’m the makeup artist. When you’re the model, you really can’t express that as much.

Growing up and now living in Southern California, the hub of the entertainment industry, must have been the perfect place for you to thrive with both your modeling and make up artistry.
I feel growing up here gave me a real sense of reality and what it takes to make it in this business. I see so many girls come from small towns and think they will instantly become famous once they come to LA which sadly isn’t the case. You do have to work hard and it is a job.

So what do you do to get away from work an unwind at the end of a busy week? Hit the beach, maybe some shopping or a good movie?
I love to be outdoors! Hiking or maybe bicycle riding, beach, river, mountains are my go to places. I’ve also been playing quite a bit of poker lately. I’m always on so if anyone is ever up for the challenge – bring it!

Or maybe baking at home? I understand you have a love of baking and like the idea of your own bakery some day? What do you like to make and what is it about baking that you like? For me, it’s the pies ;)
Well, I recently went vegan so my favorites lately have been vegan chocolate cupcakes and vegan tortilla soup. So Yummy! ;)

Where do you see yourself in ten years Tiffany? Where do you hope this career and success you have now will be taking you?
Hopefully I’ll be exactly where i’m at as far a work goes, I love my jobs! It allows me to travel and meet so many people. I recently traveled to New Zealand for work which was an AMAZING experience. Love that Country!

A Simple Vegan Chocolate Cake Recipe from Muze and Tiffany

Makes 1 9-inch chocolate bundt cake
2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dutch processed cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm coffee
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
small handful of chocolate chunks and/or cocoa nibs (optional)

Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch bundt pan with vegetable shortening and dust with cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together coffee, oil, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients, all at once to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Stir in chocolate chunks and cocoa nibs, if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. The batter will be relatively thick. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
Cake will last, well wrapped at room temperature, for up to 3 days.
