I have answered hundreds of emails from others trying to make a change just like I did. It is the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done. I didn’t diet, I made a lifestyle change. Eating clean, non-processed food helped me achieve the body of my dreams. I now have the confidence to work full time as a company spokesperson. I’m on-camera on a weekly basis, so it’s important that I feel good about myself. I also am a Labrada Nutrition spokesmodel and fitness model.
