This week’s featured drink: the Bikini Martini

It’s labor day weekend and that means two things: first, it’s a great excuse to drink (as if an excuse is ever needed) and, second, summer is over. This weekend is the last chance to hit up the beach, have a last adventure before classes begin, and to drink something summery. Take advantage of it, because by next month everyone will be sitting around in awful knitted sweaters and ordering hot toddies.
The Bikini Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Plymouth gin
- 1/2 oz. Bols Blue curaçao
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 teaspoon peach schnapps
- orange rind to garnish
Directions:
Squeeze the lime wedge into a chilled cocktail glass. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice. Strain into the glass and add the orange garnish.
